Chocolates that have been stored in the fridge for a very long time can be used for pastillas and even champorado! Just melt them and mix them with any cuisine.
In here, I chose to tweak the usual pastillas and thank God it tasted so good.........heaven.
Truffles Pastillas
Ingredients:
2 c powdered milk
1 can condensed milk
1 c granulated sugar (optional)
choco truffles/any leftover chocolates

Procedure:
1. Put the condensed milk in a bowl and slowly add the powdered milk then mix it with a spatula
2. It's really hard to mix it but it should look like this
3. Set aside the mixture for awhile and it's time for the truffles to melt!!!
4. Once the chocolate has melted, let it cool for few minutes then pour it onto the pastillas mixture.
It looks kinda yucky but you'll love it!!

VOILA!!!
You may/may not roll these on a plate of sugar because the chocolate has already an enough amount of sweetness. :)
